SUMMARY

We collect only what we need to run ArbEdge. Market data, reports and most pages are open without an account; some features, including the dashboard, may require a free account. We do not sell your data, and we never have access to your trading accounts or funds.

ArbEdge operates the market intelligence platform at arbedge.app. We are a data service only: we do not execute trades, hold funds, or have access to any trading account or exchange credentials.

Account (if you create one): your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the name and profile picture Google shares. Our sign-in provider, Clerk, also records sign-in times and basic session details (browser type and IP address) to keep accounts secure. Email alert list (optional, no account needed): your email address and whether you confirmed the subscription. Alerts are only sent after you click the confirmation link we email you. Account alert settings (optional, signed-in accounts only): your alert threshold, the coins you chose, which delivery channels are on, and any Discord webhook address, Telegram bot token and chat ID, or webhook address you add. Alert emails go to your account's verified email address. Discord and webhook addresses and Telegram bot tokens are encrypted before they are stored, and are used only to send your alerts. Usage: our own page counter records which page was viewed, the referring website, and the time. It does not store your IP address. We also use Plausible Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics, which count visits without cookies and without building a profile of you. Stored only in your browser: your watchlist and your local alert log. These are not sent to our servers. Service logs: our hosting provider keeps technical logs, which can include email addresses involved in a subscription change, for a limited period. What we do not collect: exchange API keys, trading credentials, payment details, or anything that would give us access to your funds.

We use your information only to: · Provide the service and your account · Send the alerts you asked for, by email or to the Discord, Telegram or webhook destinations you add, and the confirmation and welcome emails that go with them · Measure how the site is used so we can improve it · Detect and prevent abuse We do not use your data for advertising, sell it, or use it to give personalised investment advice.

We process account and alert data to provide the service you request (contract), and usage data to understand and protect the service (legitimate interests). You can stop alerts at any time, from the link in any alert email or in your alert settings.

We share data only with providers that help us run ArbEdge, and only for that purpose: · Railway: application and database hosting · Cloudflare: DNS, security, email routing and cookieless web analytics · Clerk: account sign-in and session management · Resend: sending confirmation, welcome and alert emails · Plausible: cookieless website analytics · Google Fonts: delivering the fonts used on the site, which means your browser requests them from Google We may also disclose information if required by valid legal process. None of these providers may use your data for advertising. If you add Discord, Telegram or your own webhook, we send your alerts there at your request. Those services handle the messages under their own terms and privacy policies.

· Unconfirmed email sign-ups: deleted after 7 days · Email alerts: deleted immediately when you unsubscribe · Account alert settings: deleted immediately when you choose Delete my alert settings, and automatically within a day of your account being deleted · Accounts: kept until you delete your account or ask us to delete it · Page-view records: kept for 13 months · Hosting logs: kept for the period set by our hosting provider

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. You can stop alert emails with the link in any alert email, and change or delete your account's alert settings yourself in the Alert Settings panel. To make a request, contact [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

We use only cookies that are needed for sign-in, set by Clerk. We use no advertising or tracking cookies, and our analytics do not use cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

ArbEdge is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has given us personal information, contact [email protected].

Our providers process data in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, these transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual safeguards.

We may update this policy. For material changes, we will post a notice on the site and email confirmed subscribers and account holders.
